Canada Labour Code Part II
This course will provide participants with an understanding of how the Canada Labour Code- Part II and the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations apply to organizations that operate under federal jurisdiction. Participants will learn the principles of the Internal Responsibility System to understand the roles and responsibilities of employer representatives, employees, workplace OHS Committees and OHS Policy Committees. Topics covered include roles and responsibilities for the Right to Refuse Work if Danger, The Internal Complaint Resolution Process, due diligence and incident investigations.
