Scissor Lift

This course will provide participants with an understanding of the regulation regarding the use of a scissor lift and other elevated work platforms and their application to the workplace. Topics include: fall hazards; the types of elevated work platforms; procedures for, inspection, use and maintenance of equipment; and the requirement for fall protection procedures and plans. The course includes practical exercises and does not replace or eliminate the requirement for employer workplace specific training.
